In crypto, attention is the whole game

NarrativeGrowthMarkets

I have watched genuinely great protocols get ignored while worse ones printed. The difference was never the tech. It was who controlled the narrative. In a market this noisy, attention is not a nice-to-have. It is the game.

Attention without a story is just noise

Trending for a day is easy and worthless. What lasts is a narrative people can repeat without you in the room. For Irys, that narrative was permanence and infrastructure, not another speculative token. That framing is what carried it into a top Kaito mindshare position.

Engineer it, do not hope for it

  • Pick one sentence your whole market can repeat.
  • Put the right voices behind it at the right time.
  • Feed the algorithm consistency, not one-off spikes.

Do that for long enough and the market stops asking who you are. That is when attention turns into real value.
